Petunia

Petunia was born in our rescue and was adopted at three months old in June 2022. She is now looking for a new home because her family is traveling abroad for a year. Petunia, who was known as Pina during her previous adoption, is a happy and well-tempered girl who plays well with other dogs. She is social with humans and other dogs, and is kid-friendly, having grown up with a young child her entire life. Petunia is about 60 lbs and enjoys her long morning walks, peanut butter, and chasing birds in her backyard. She is a wonderful, well-adjusted family dog.

Ideal Home

Petunia would do well in a home that can provide her with plenty of exercise, including long morning walks. She enjoys dog playdates and visiting the dog park. She is not a good fit for homes with cats.

Ongoing Health

Petunia is up-to-date on her vaccines, has been spayed, and is microchipped.

Training & Support

Petunia is crate and house trained, and walks well on a leash. She is also fine staying home alone and does not exhibit resource guarding.
