Say Hello to our sweetest of fellows - Bartok! Bartok is an approximately 9-year-young Rat Terrier mix with a whole lot of life and love to give! He is quiet, gentle, and an expert lap lounger and cuddler. He is easy-going as long as his family is by his side. He loves his people and bonds deeply with those he calls his family. He is therefore seeking a home and family with no long daily absences. A retired individual for him to dote on would be perfect. Bartok gets along famously with everyone – loves children, does great with other dogs, and the kitties. With those handsome terrier good looks, he is a bit of a mystery man, one might say, as he doesn't offer up many of the terrier traits. He is not overly active but is very agile and will be on the hunt for those unsuspecting counter and table-top snacks when left unattended. He is a reluctant crate tenant but with consistency, he does just fine. Look into his eyes, and you will see an old soul, a gentle and wise soul who absolutely adores his people with his whole heart. He is an exceptional, devoted companion dog but will require patience and understanding to grow his confidence and be that best companion as he transitions to his new furever life.
Ideal Home
Bartok needs a home with no long daily absences. A retired individual would be perfect for him to dote on.
Ongoing Health
Bartok is up to date on his basic vetting, including vaccines and heartworm & tick disease testing. We are currently exploring options to provide him with a dental cleaning.
Training & Support
Bartok is a reluctant crate tenant but does fine with consistency. He will require patience and understanding to grow his confidence as he transitions to his new furever life. He may be on the hunt for counter and table-top snacks when left unattended.

- Our adoptive placements commence as a trial, foster-to-adopt placement to ensure both our dog's and an adopter's happiness and suitability.

Transporation
Bartok is currently fostered in the London area. Preference is given to potential adopters in our local range of Windsor through London provided they qualify and are the best fit for our dog. We are unable to adopt across the border in the USA.
