Meet Haggard, a sweet and resilient 9-month-old Lab/Bloodhound mix who is ready for his forever home! Despite a difficult past where he was attacked by another dog in his previous home, Haggard has emerged with a loving heart and an eager spirit. He is friendly, affectionate, and bursting with potential to be the most loyal best friend you've ever had. Haggard possesses the friendly, loyal nature of a Labrador and the curiosity and charm of a Bloodhound, complete with an excellent nose for adventure! He is eager to learn, explore, and enjoy all the simple joys of puppyhood, like walks, playtime, training, and cozy naps. Haggard loves to cuddle and soak up attention but also enjoys active playtime. He already knows how to walk on a leash and is learning commands.

Ideal Home

Haggard would thrive in a home where he can continue to build confidence and enjoy all the good puppy experiences he may have missed. He enjoys being close to his people and needs a family that will shower him with love and never give up on him.

Ongoing Health

Haggard is current with his vaccinations, is heartworm negative, and has been microchipped. He has some facial scars from a past attack, but these do not affect his sweet disposition.

Training & Support

Haggard is learning commands and walks well on a leash. Continued positive reinforcement and patience will help him continue to grow and flourish.
