Hot Potato is pure puppy energy in motion! He is bold, goofy, and endlessly entertained by absolutely everything around him. At five months old, he has that classic "life is a game and I must participate in all of it" mindset. Toys, people, shadows, leaves – everything is exciting, and he meets it all with enthusiasm and zero hesitation. He is the puppy that keeps things lively, the one who turns an ordinary moment into something funny just by being himself.

He loves people deeply, but in a very animated way. Hot Potato greets the world like its his long-lost best friend. He's wiggly, expressive, and full of joy, and he has no concept of personal space in the most endearing puppy way. After his bursts of play, he is just as quick to flop over and demand belly rubs like its the most important thing on his schedule. Ongoing Health

All vetting, including DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad-spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12-month heartworm preventative injectable, and a heartworm test and treatment if needed, are included.

Training & Support

We assess every animal with trainers on staff, and modify behavior as needed, creating individualized behavior plans to help prepare dogs for their future families, including crate training, potty training, and leash walking.

• Applications start by contacting us through Wags.
• Before the adoption is finalized, you will meet your pet through a video call.
• The adoption fee is $1000.
• Adopters receive extensive behavioral testing and information, discounts on Embark DNA tests, 30-day Trupanion pet insurance, a free private online dog training session with GoodPup, discounts on local dog training sessions through Rover Training, a discount on Fetch fresh dog food, coupons for Petco, discounts on Dr. Cuddles products, and discounted preventatives.

Transporation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue-run USDA-certified transport system, ensuring every pet travels safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, and connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area. There is an $87 surcharge due to rising transportation costs.
