Rugar is a handsome young boy, just under a year old and weighing in at about 20lbs. He's a cattle dog mix with a lean build, and surprisingly mellow for his breed! Rugar absolutely loves people and is playful with other dogs. He's already crate trained and walks nicely on a leash, showing he's eager to please and ready to be someone's devoted companion.
