Carlos

This very handsome boy is Carlos! Carlos is an approximately 5-year-old, 8 lb male Chihuahua who was rescued as a stray from the streets. He is a lovable and affectionate boy, but he does take some time to warm up to new people. Once he gets over the initial shyness, he becomes your most loyal companion and loves nothing more than to relax with you and spend quality time together.

Ideal Home

Carlos would do best in a home that can give him the time and patience he needs to adjust to a new environment and trust his new family. He would do best with another dog about his size, but absolutely no cats. He would also do best with children over the age of 14 only. A secure, stockade-fenced backyard is required, and a home visit is necessary.

Ongoing Health

Carlos is neutered, current on vaccines, on heartworm preventative, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Carlos is crate and house trained. He may need continued assistance with leash training, and a harness is recommended.
