Ellie-Mae

Hello there! My name is Ellie-Mae, and I'm a young, spirited herding-breed mix. My playful antics suggest I might have some Kelpie or Australian Cattle Dog in my lineage! I have a lot of love to give and am always eager to be part of the fun. I absolutely adore people and am incredibly affectionate, with snuggles being one of my favorite pastimes. I'm also a social butterfly who enjoys the company of other dogs, though I can be a bit enthusiastic when I'm trying to make new friends! I walk nicely on a leash, do well in my crate, and have excellent manners when it's mealtime – I happily go to my crate and wait patiently. I love playing with toys and enjoy a good game of fetch and one-on-one engagement.

Ideal Home

An active home would be perfect for me, perhaps with someone interested in trying out dog sports like agility foundations, dock diving, or trick training. I'd also be a wonderful adventure buddy and cuddle companion for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle.

Training & Support

While I'm a fast learner and enjoy engaging with my people, I can be a little overenthusiastic when meeting new dog friends. With a little guidance, I'm sure I'll master the art of polite introductions!
