He can be a bit shy with new people, but with slow, gentle introductions, he forms deep bonds of loyalty and devotion.
Ideal Home
Juice would thrive in a quiet home with patient, soft-spoken adults who understand that healing takes time. He needs a home that can provide him with the stability and routine he craves. Juice is not a good fit for homes with cats, as he will chase them. He would be happiest as the only dog in the home to receive all the attention.
Ongoing Health
Juice has shown some food aggression with other dogs, but with stability and routine, he has made great progress and now eats separately in his crate. He may still guard high-value treats, which can be managed by respecting his boundaries.
Training & Support
Juice pulls on the leash when excited and is working on this. Harsh corrections can make him cower, so patience and kindness are key when working with him. He is always crated when left alone due to his love for chewing and has had some potty accidents, though he sleeps well in his crate at night. He may need a little help getting into a car but enjoys rides.
