Nola

My name is Nola, and I'm a sweet and loving 8-year-old girl with soulful eyes and a unique light patch on my head that some people mistake for a shave! I was rescued from a shelter in Tennessee and found a wonderful furever home where I received and gave lots of love for many years. Sadly, my mom passed away, and now I'm looking for a new family to share my love with. I'm about 60 pounds and am a big fan of quality time and personal touch. I enjoy exploring with my people and absolutely relish snuggle time. While I'm not afraid of much, storms can be a little scary, so extra snuggles during those times are much appreciated. I'm sensitive and intuitive and would make a wonderful companion for someone who wants to love and be loved. I also get along well with other dogs and cats.

Ideal Home

I would love a home with a fenced yard, at least 6 feet high, as I am a runner and can jump lower fences.

Ongoing Health

I am healthy and have no known ongoing health conditions.

Training & Support

I love chasing squirrels, so this might be something to keep in mind. I also appreciate extra snuggles during storms.
