Buddy

Buddy, formerly known as Fozzy, is an easy-going guy who loves naps and spends much of his day sleeping on the couch. He is very sweet to all people and would do well in a home with kids 10+. He is housetrained, has no separation anxiety, and is well-behaved with moderate energy. Buddy was adopted through HFP three years ago and is now in need of a new home. He was rescued as a stray, so his life prior to HFP is unknown. This squishy and beautiful pittie mix is an excellent mix of walking/workout buddy and couch potato/WFH companion. He is treat and praise-motivated and eager to please, showing great potential to blossom into a wonderful dog.

Ideal Home

Buddy would do best in a quiet, calm suburban neighborhood. He needs to be the only dog in the home as he has become reactive towards dogs. He also cannot live in a home with cats as he enjoys chasing them.

Ongoing Health

Buddy's adoption donation is sponsored and includes rabies, DHPP, Bordetella, microchip, and he is up to date on monthly preventatives.

Training & Support

Buddy is housetrained and well-behaved. He is treat and praise-motivated, which will aid in continued training.
