Now cancer-free, she carries only a small scar as a testament to her strength and is ready for her soft landing in a loving home. Gemma enjoys moderate activity, taking strolls, and soaking up the sun. She gets along well with most dogs, often taking on a confident role, and lives peacefully with both male and female canine companions.

Ongoing Health

Gemma is cancer-free and will require a simple cytology swab every 6 months for 2 years. TVT rarely returns, and many survivors live long, happy lives.

Transporation

Our rescue is located near Bucerias, Mexico. Approved adopters can arrange for flight companions to transport dogs from Puerto Vallarta to the US and Canada. During summer months, if a Canadian flight angel is unavailable, dogs may fly into the US and be picked up at Peace Arch Park at the border.
