Ted

Meet Ted, a charming 6-year-old, 55 lb. Red-Nose Pitt/Jack Russell mix who's ready to find his forever home! Ted embodies the best qualities of his lineage – he's loyal, affectionate, and possesses a wonderfully independent spirit. He's a sweet boy who loves to cuddle and is great at matching his human's energy. Ted is also crate-trained, has good leash manners, and knows some basic obedience commands, making him a joy to have around.

Ideal Home

Ted would do best in a home with children over the age of 12. He needs slow introductions to other dogs.

Ongoing Health

Ted is healthy, fully vaccinated, and has been spayed/neutered. He does have special needs and behavioral issues due to manageable separation anxiety. While he gets overly excited and anxious when left alone, he is not aggressive and has never bitten anyone.

Training & Support

Ted is house-trained and has basic obedience skills. His separation anxiety is manageable with patience and understanding. He is currently being crate-trained. Ted is a very sweet boy who truly needs someone willing to be patient and not give up on him as he adjusts.
