Donatello (Donny)

Donatello, or Donny as he's known, is a handsome guy with a heart of gold and a love for squeaky toys. He enjoys playing with his puppy pals in the yard and is quick to make friends with the help of a tasty treat – his stomach truly is the way to his heart! Donny has learned to walk nicely on a leash and knows how to "sit," which he loves to show off, along with his big, toothy smile. While new things and quick movements can sometimes make him a little nervous, your calm confidence will help him overcome any suspicions. Donny is used to a dog door and has been pad trained and worked on with housetraining.

Donny would do well in a home with other dogs and would thrive with a confident owner who can help him navigate new experiences.

Ongoing Health

Donny has been diagnosed with hydrocephalus. Please speak with our shelter staff and your veterinarian to understand his specific needs and care.

Training & Support

Donny knows how to "sit" and has good leash manners. He is accustomed to using a dog door and has had some success with housetraining.
