Lolly

Lolly is a tiny beagle girl full of tail wags! She can be a little shy at first, but with a little gentle reassurance, she's ready to be your best friend. She enjoys the company of other dogs, though she hasn't had a chance to play with them yet. Lolly and another dog, Bootsie, were surrendered together and are both doing wonderfully in separate foster homes.

Lolly isn't too bothered by squirrels or lizards, but we're not sure how she'd do with cats. She hasn't shown much interest in toys, but she absolutely loves walks and golf cart rides! Her beagle nose and natural curiosity really shine when she's exploring the outdoors.

Ideal Home

A fenced yard with shrubs and trees would be ideal for Lolly to explore, or regular walks on nature trails would be a great fit.

Ongoing Health

Lolly is heartworm positive and will be treated in mid-July. We anticipate her treatment and recovery will be straightforward.

Training & Support

Lolly is making excellent progress with house training and hasn't had any accidents! She sleeps soundly in her crate overnight and is comfortable resting in it with the door open during the day. Lolly is a quiet girl with a low to medium energy level. She eats well but isn't overly motivated by food. She's a bit demure when seeking attention but enjoys being petted and will snuggle when picked up.
