Turtle NJ

Meet Turtle, a sweet, goofy, and handsome 3-year-old pup weighing in at 55 lbs, who is on the hunt for his forever home! Turtle's journey began with his pup siblings named Rabbit and Squirrel. One day, the trio enjoyed a fun car ride with their former owner to visit a local dog park. They were so excited to be going to play and run. But then, they heard something. It was the sound of the car they knew and the owner they loved driving away without them. Suddenly alone, their happiness quickly turned into confusion and panic. Thankfully, 11th Hour Rescue stepped in, bringing them to safety and helping them to find new and loving homes. Squirrel and Rabbit have found their forever families, and now Turtle is still hoping to find his special place.

Ideal Home

Turtle is house-trained and gets along with other dogs after a proper introduction. He loves to play with toys and can keep you entertained with his antics! Despite his size, he enjoys pretending he is a lap pet because he loves being close to his people. He may be a bit shy initially, but don’t let that fool you—once he bonds with you, he’ll be your loyal shadow.

Turtle is neutered, fully vaccinated, and microchipped. His adoption fee is sponsored by a generous donor!

Turtle is house-trained and loves to play with his toys.
