Miles the Most Precious Scruffy

Meet Miles! He's a precious, scruffy pup, about 4 months old and weighing around 8 pounds. We think he might be a Cairn Terrier mix, but he's a wonderful rescue mix through and through! Miles is just starting to explore the world with his playful spirit, love for naps, and enjoyment of mealtime. He's a chill pup for his age, and his personality is as lovable as his scruffy coat. Like all puppies, his days are filled with eating, sleeping, learning, and bonding with his humans. He's developing into a confident and well-adjusted dog, ready for his forever home.

Ideal Home

Miles will thrive in a home where he receives consistent training, play, and engagement to meet his needs for mental and physical stimulation, now and into adulthood.

Ongoing Health

Miles is current on all vetting, including DAPP vaccines with boosters, Bordetella, Rabies, multiple deworming treatments, and flea and heartworm prevention. He has also been spayed/neutered. He comes with a health certificate stating he is healthy for travel.

Training & Support

Miles will benefit from continued crate training and structure to help him feel secure. He will also need ongoing guidance with potty training, leash walking, and basic manners to help him become a well-behaved adult dog.

Transporation

Miles is currently in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide with our USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, and Canada. Canadian adopters can pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT. A $87 surcharge applies due to rising transportation costs. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
