Hazel

Meet Hazel! This sweet 1-2 year old pittie mix is a true survivor, who was found as a stray in rough condition. Thankfully, she was rescued and nursed back to health, and now this energetic, friendly girl is ready to find her forever family. Hazel is deaf, but it doesn't slow her down one bit! She absolutely loves kids and other dogs, and is currently mastering potty training and leash walking in her foster home. She's even learning sign language, showing how smart and quick a learner she is. We promised Hazel that the rest of her life would be the best of her life – could you be the one to fulfill that promise?

Hazel is spayed and vaccinated. She is deaf, but this doesn't hinder her spirit.

Training & Support

Hazel is learning manners, potty training, and leash walking in her foster home. She is also learning sign language and is a fast learner.

Transportation

Hazel is located in South Carolina and is transported to the northeast weekly. Applicants not located along the East Coast should be willing to travel to pick up their pet. Local or virtual meet-and-greets are available with an application on file.
