Sailor

Sailor is a precious Great Pyrenees puppy who exudes goofy puppy joy! He has the happiest expression and is extremely friendly and affectionate, a lover of playtime and cuddles. He is one of five siblings and loves tumbling around with his brother and sisters. As Sailor grows, he will lean into his Pyrenees traits, which are to love and protect his family. He will be a gentle dog – calm, loyal, patient, and deeply devoted to his people. Sailor will quietly watch over children in the yard, follow family from room to room, and make sure that everyone is safe.

Born April 1st, 2026, Sailor currently weighs about 32 pounds and will weigh 60-70lbs when fully grown. He is dreaming of a home filled with a soft bed, belly rubs, backyard adventures, and humans to love forever. Sailor is just a baby and is working on potty-training and learning a schedule.

Ideal Home

Sailor would benefit from a dog-loving person who understands he has so much to offer but will need a little time to adjust and settle in with his new family.

Ongoing Health

Sailor will be neutered at the age-appropriate time and will be microchipped and vaccinated.

Transporation

Sailor is currently being fostered near Houston, TX, but can be brought close to your home on rescue transport, which comes through your area once a month. This transport service uses climate-controlled vans with a team of two drivers who provide real-time updates and allow you to track your dog's journey. You will be given the exact location and scheduled time of arrival.
