Boone *in New England

This strikingly handsome boy is looking for his forever home! Boone is a 2-year-old mixed breed, possibly a Rhodesian Ridgeback mix with a bully breed, and he is ready to be the center of someone's world. He's a social and affectionate guy who loves people and enjoys being included in all your adventures. Boone is house-trained, barks very little, and weighs about 55 pounds. He absolutely adores car rides, tough chew bones, cuddles, and being wrapped up in a cozy blanket. While he enjoys walks, he might get a little excited by squirrels, so he'll need some practice on leash.

Ideal Home

Boone would be perfect for someone who is retired, works from home, or can take him to work. He thrives as the only dog in the household and does well with older children.

Ongoing Health

Boone is neutered, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped.

Training & Support

Boone struggles with being crated and left alone, but he's making progress with very short periods of alone time outside of a crate. He will need continued support and patience to help him feel more comfortable.
