Astro (27lb)

Astro is a 2-year-old, 27lb Heeler and Chi mix with a heart full of love and a desire to be your number one pup! He was found alone in a rough neighborhood in Texas, but thankfully a Kind Spirits volunteer rescued him and brought him into her foster home. Living with many other dogs, Astro has blossomed and is now fully vetted and ready for his forever family. He's eager to please, house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained, making him a wonderful companion. Astro is quiet and loves to cuddle, but he's also highly motivated by food, toys, and treats, making training a breeze.

Ideal Home

Astro thrives on attention and wants to be your main focus. While he enjoys the company of other dogs, he can occasionally nip at male dogs when competing for treats or attention, a trait that fits his "little man" complex.

Astro is already house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained, and he's eager to please! His food and treat motivation makes him a joy to train.

Transportation

Astro is currently in Texas but can be transported to out-of-state adopters. Private transport is available for $200, which includes a health certificate, vet exam, and transportation to your area.
