Lucy

Say hello to Lucy! This 10-month-old, 65-pound Boxer/Mastiff mix might look substantial, but she's a pocket Mastiff at heart – a very large pocket, of course! Lucy has a wonderful temperament; she's gentle, affectionate, eager to please, and gets along famously with people and other dogs. She has plenty of youthful energy for fun but is not a maniac, possessing a lovely young-dog spirit without the wild antics.

Ideal Home

Lucy is generally good with cats, but any feline companions in her future home should be dog-savvy. Since she's still young, large, and learning, a cat who can set boundaries and avoid unfortunate decisions would be ideal. She'd be a perfect fit for a family who appreciates the steady, affectionate, people-focused temperament of a Mastiff but prefers a dog that doesn't take up quite as much space.
