Enzo Baby is a 5-month-old, 37 lb bundle of sweetness, with an undeniable charm that comes from his floppy ears, big paws, and incredibly soft fur. We suspect he's a German Shepherd mix with perhaps a touch of Bloodhound, but with rescue, the breed and age are always a bit of a mystery! Enzo is a gentle soul who thrives on being close to his people, whether he's accompanying you on adventures or simply snoozing at your feet. He's incredibly affectionate, loyal, and will be your little shadow.

Ideal Home

Enzo would be happiest in a home with a friendly canine companion, as he truly shines when he has other dogs around to learn from and interact with. He has also shown to be respectful of cats. Enzo's relaxed demeanor means he could potentially thrive in various living situations, including an apartment, condo, or a home with a backyard.

Ongoing Health

Enzo is up-to-date on all his vetting, which includes vaccinations, deworming, flea and heartworm prevention, and he has been spayed/neutered.

Training & Support

Enzo is a smart boy who is already crate trained, potty trained, and has excellent house manners. He's learning to walk nicely on leash and is very food-motivated, making continued training a fun and rewarding experience. While he can be a little shy with new people, he is gaining confidence through socialization and new experiences.

Transportation

Enzo is currently located in Texas. We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue's USDA-certified transport system. Drop-off locations are available in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick-up options in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY, or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will be able to track your pet's journey in real-time. Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
