Micaela

Micaela is a about 2-year-old Husky who has been through so much. She arrived at the shelter in pain with a fractured jaw and bleeding gums, and was also found to be heartworm positive. Despite her difficult past, Micaela is a resilient and brave girl who is now on the path to recovery. She enjoys gentle touch and is learning to trust again. Micaela is ready to find her forever home where she can finally experience the love and comfort she deserves.

Ongoing Health

Micaela is heartworm positive and is currently undergoing slow-kill treatment. She has also had a full dental cleaning and removal of damaged teeth due to her past jaw fractures.

Training & Support

Micaela is learning to trust again and is slowly coming out of her shell. She will benefit from a patient and loving environment as she continues her healing journey.
