Meet Mia, your future adventure buddy, cuddle expert, and professional belly-rub collector! This happy-go-lucky Terrier Mix is the perfect blend of playful explorer and cozy couch companion. At just over 2 years old and weighing 32.5 lbs, Mia is in the sweet spot of adulthood—old enough to have great manners but still young enough to enjoy every adventure life has to offer.

Mia loves spending time with her people and forms strong, loyal bonds. Whether she's heading out for a walk, enjoying a car ride, showing off her zoomies in the yard, or simply following her favorite person around the house, she's happiest when she's part of the action. She gets along well with dogs, is comfortable around children, and enjoys plenty of affection, head pats, cuddles, and belly rubs. When playtime rolls around, Mia is always ready for plush toys, chew toys, and interactive games. She also has excellent taste in treats and never says no to hot dogs, crunchy biscuits, peanut butter snacks, or jerky treats. After a fun-filled day, you'll find her curled up in a cozy pet bed or wrapped in a soft blanket, happily relaxing with her humans nearby.

An active home with a fenced yard would be ideal for this curious girl who loves exploring and stretching her legs safely outdoors.

Ongoing Health

Mia is up to date on vaccinations and eats a regular quality diet.

Training & Support

Mia will thrive with regular brushing, nail trims, ear cleaning, daily interaction, mental enrichment, and moderate exercise.

Transportation

Mia is located at our shelter. We are open 10:30 to 6 Tuesday through Friday (closed 1-2 for lunch and the last Friday of every month) and 10:30 to 4 on Saturdays.
