While she's okay with her crate, she truly thrives when she can be near her people, exploring and participating in whatever they're doing. Melody is a structured girl who will do best with an adopter who can offer consistency, a clear routine, and gentle guidance as she continues to grow into a confident companion.

Melody would blossom in a home with another calm, laid-back older dog who can be a positive role model. She'd also do well with children over 10 years old who can match her playful energy while also respecting her boundaries.
