Philip

Meet Phillip, a 50-pound Staffy mix with a passion for toys and snuggles! Phillip is a master toy flinger and a superstar when it comes to bath time. While he might be a little shy at first, he's a big-hearted pup who's gaining confidence every day. He's also working on his leash manners, and with a little patience, he'll be a pro walker in no time!

Ideal Home

Phillip would do best in a home that understands he's a work in progress. He's good with other dogs of all sizes and enjoys playing with both men and women. However, he's still learning that hands are for pets, not threats, so a home without sudden hand movements would be ideal. A home with children 10 years and older would be the best fit.

Ongoing Health

Phillip is a healthy boy with a moderate to high energy level. He enjoys daily exercise and mental stimulation, whether through walks or puzzle toys. He is crate-trained and doesn't dig, but supervised play with his chew toys is a must as he has a strong relationship with them.

Training & Support

Phillip knows how to sit, though his enthusiasm can sometimes get the best of him when treats are involved. He's making great progress with his training and just needs a loving and patient home to continue his journey.

Transporation

Phillip is currently being fostered in Texas and will be transported to his forever home by our rescue. We have transports departing each week!
