Jetta

Meet Jetta, a gentle and quiet young female Norwegian Elkhound mix. Jetta is a sweet girl who is still learning that people are safe and can be timid at first. She's not quite sure how to walk on a leash yet or come up for attention on her own, but with slow movements and patience, her personality begins to shine. She loves being petted and will show her happiness with cute tail wags and pinned-back ears. Jetta prefers to be near her people and can get a little lonely if left alone. She whines briefly when first kenneled but settles down quickly to sleep.

Ideal Home

Jetta would thrive in a patient and loving home where she can learn and grow at her own pace. She absolutely loves other dogs and really comes out of her shell when she has canine friends to play with.

Ongoing Health

Jetta is spayed and up-to-date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Jetta is still working on house training, but she is making consistent progress. She is also learning leash walking and how to approach people for attention. Early socialization was missed, so confidence-building is an ongoing process.
