Jasper is a sweet, friendly, and playful 1-year-old boy weighing 20 lbs. He was surrendered by his previous owner, who was homeless and wanted a better life for Jasper. He's now with Wags, where he's vaccinated, neutered, and having a blast playing with the other dogs. Jasper is a healthy dog who will make a wonderful family companion, especially for a home with another playful dog.
