Cory

Meet Cory, a handsome Pittie mix with a heart of gold! Cory is estimated to be around 11-12 years old and is a friendly senior who is spunky and playful. He was transferred to us from a high-kill shelter in 2021, and we're so glad he's with us now. Cory loves meeting new friends, especially if they have toys to toss for him! His favorite pastime is shredding squeaky toys, but he enjoys all kinds of toys to keep him occupied. Cory is the perfect blend of playful energy and couch potato comfort. He'd love to go on a casual walk to explore the outdoors, followed by a cozy nap on the couch with his favorite humans. Treats are a great way to get Cory's attention!

Ideal Home

Cory would do best in a home with children aged 12 and older. He would also thrive with another dog his size that is independent or laid-back. Cory is not a good match for homes with feline friends.

Ongoing Health

We believe Cory might be hearing impaired.

Training & Support

Cory hasn't had many opportunities to interact with other dogs during his time with us, so his compatibility is still being explored. We're happy to arrange a meet-and-greet to see if he might be a good match with another dog.
