Lola the Ball Playing Princess

Lola is a bashful beauty who is looking for a patient copilot to show her just how big and wonderful the world can truly be. While she might start off as a shy wallflower, her quiet charm and tender spirit make every breakthrough moment feel like winning the lottery. She's currently sharing her foster home with five big canine buddies and is doing a wonderful job learning the ropes of a multi-dog household. While she's very well-mannered, Lola definitely has a playful side! She is a professional at fetch and has a hilarious relationship with the garden hose. She's convinced she has the water stream under control, dancing around it and playfully chomping the water as it splashes. It's her favorite way to show off her goofy personality. She is getting used to the flow of a busy home and finding her confidence more and more every day.

With her stunning, moonlight silver coat and athletic build, we suspect she's a beautiful Weimaraner mix, though her exact DNA remains a fun guessing game! Lola is the perfect-sized companion, not too big, not too small, but just the right size to where she won't take up all of the couch! At her current weight, she's a sturdy girl with an even bigger heart. While she's a rare silver beauty on the outside, she's 100% pure 'Good Girl' on the inside, always staying close by for those much-deserved head scratches.

Ideal Home

Lola's ideal sanctuary is a peaceful spot away from the hustle and bustle of the big city. She's a true suburban or country soul who dreams of a backyard where she can sniff the grass, chase the garden hose, and soak up the sun at her own gentle pace. She's a simple girl who doesn't need much: just a patch of green to call her own and a kind hand to offer endless head scratches. She would love a home with a confident dog sibling who can act as her personal tour guide, helping her build confidence and reminding her that the world is a pretty great place. Lola seems to think cats are just very small, funny looking dogs that deserve a lot of her respectful attention, and we believe Lola is willing to share her kingdom with a kitty, but she will have a kitty sleepover as a trial run to ensure they can officially become the bestest of buds!

She has a very gentle, go with the flow style, making her the perfect match for another pup who enjoys a quiet bestie to share a sunny spot in the yard. Lola finds her bravery through her friends!

• The adoption fee is $1,200 and includes all vetting, DAPP with booster, Bordetella, Rabies vaccine, multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, a 12 month heartworm preventative injectable, heartworm test and treatment if needed, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

Transporation

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system, ensuring every pet travel safely and comfortably with 24/7 care. Our transport includes drop-off locations in WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You will have the opportunity to track their journey in real time, see photo updates, learn fun facts, connect with fellow adopters and fosters through our private Facebook event page! Texas adopters must pick up from the Houston area.
