A-Zeus

Zeus is our 32nd foster dog and he is one of our favorites. He is a lot of fun to have around. He is playful, loving, smart, goofy and a big time cuddler. He is so adorable, and he loves hugs and kisses! He is a good boy, full of personality and expressive looks. Although he is an active dog, he is quite mellow. He is easily trained, whether you use treats or praise. Zeus enjoys car rides and behaves himself in other peoples homes. He knows sit, come, stay, out and shake. He can be left alone at home without getting into mischief and he is completely potty trained. He is crate trained although we no longer put him in the crate. He goes to bed around 8:30 and likes to sleep in until about 9am. He is good on leash, not a barker or a runner. He gets along with other dogs and likes all humans. He loves going to the dog park. He does not have a big prey drive; he never pulls on the leash to go after squirrels or cats.

Ideal Home

Zeus would like to go to a home with a big fenced in yard where his people are active. He would have fun playing with another dog but one around his size would be best. He would not do well in a home with small kids.

Training & Support

Zeus is easily trained and knows sit, come, stay, out and shake. He is potty trained and crate trained. He is good on leash and does not bark excessively or try to run away.
