Say hello to Tinkerbell - this sweet Cane Corso girl is estimated to be about 2-3 years old and originally came from California to start a new life in Colorado. She's naturally suspicious of strangers and doesn't always shine at first meeting, but warms up to a calm and gentle understanding of her special breed. Once she knows you, she enjoys attention and getting out for sniffy walks. She would do best as the only pet in the home, or perhaps a particular submissive male. And just given her size and strength, it would also be best to have a calm and stable home without small children (older kids is OK).
Tinkerbell recently had corrective surgery for "cherry eye" in both eyes, but will need another repair on them. Sadly, due to the stressful environment of the shelter, Tink's first cherry eye surgery didn't hold, but once she is adopted and in a calm environment in a home, she will have her cherry eye repair done again. It should have a much more successful outcome, and she will be thrilled to be able to have good visibility again! She would REALLY love to have a home of her very own and is ready to start the next chapter in life with her hero. Is it you?

A calm and stable home without small children. Previous handling experience with Cane Corso or other guardian breeds is advised.
