Meet Lucy! This adorable 1-3 year old pup, weighing in at 23 pounds, is a perfect little companion with floppy ears, soulful eyes, and the gentlest heart. Lucy came to us with a severe ear infection that caused a head tilt, but despite her challenges, she has remained loving, trusting, and incredibly brave. She's the kind of dog who quietly steals your heart, needing only a soft place to rest, kind hands, and a family who sees how special she is. With her sweet expression, Lucy is searching for a home where she can finally feel safe forever. Imagine her curled up beside you, following you around, or resting her head on your lap. Lucy is ready to love with her whole heart and just needs someone to love her back.

Ongoing Health

Lucy is currently heartworm positive, but she is on the path to recovery. Her heartworm treatment will be fully covered by Wilder Souls Rescue through an approved veterinarian at no cost to her adopter. She will receive all necessary veterinary care before adoption, including a full health exam, deworming, core vaccines, microchipping, and monthly flea, tick, and heartworm prevention.

Lucy will benefit from patience, comfort, and love as she heals and adjusts to her new life.
