Russell

Russell is a handsome, two-year-old Great Pyrenees with a heart as big as his frame. He's a classic pyr: sweet, gentle, laid-back, and incredibly friendly and affectionate. Russell was found as a stray and is now looking for his forever family. He's tall and rangy, currently a bit underweight at 80 lbs, with a beautiful golden sheen on his back. Russell is a perfect gentleman indoors – he's house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained. He also loves car rides and can happily travel for hours. With his football-shaped head and responsive nature, he'll greet you with loving gestures and a wagging tail.

Ideal Home

Russell would love a home with another playful dog or cat to keep him company. He enjoys tossing his toys around and would thrive in a household that can provide him with a canine or feline friend.

Russell is fully vetted, neutered, and tested negative for heartworm.

Training & Support

Russell is already house-trained, crate-trained, and leash-trained. He is responsive and eager to please, ensuring a smooth transition into your home.

• All dogs require VISIBLE fencing.
• The adoption fee is $350, which includes spay or neuter, distemper/parvo vaccines, flea preventative, deworming, and a health certificate for travel.
• Adopters pay the cost of transport services outside of Texas.

Transportation

Russell is located in Texas. We have weekly transports to the Northeast, making it possible to have him home within a week or two. Transport fees outside of Texas vary based on location.
