Atticus is a shy but sweet adult male mixed breed dog looking for his forever family. He can be a bit unsure when first meeting new people, but with gentle words and a kind approach, he quickly blossoms. Once he feels comfortable, Atticus loves to lean in for affection and enjoys being petted from head to tail. He has been meeting other dogs at the shelter and continues to work on his socialization skills. Atticus is hoping to find a loving home where he can finally relax, feel safe, and know what it means to be part of a family.
