Sadey is pure sweetness, a caramel-swirled girl who walks around like a warm hug with legs. Her name, spelled S-A-D-E-Y, deserves a little extra sparkle. She has soft, floppy ears and a smile so sweet it could power a small town. When Sadey loves you, which happens in about three seconds, she offers a full-body lean that melts into a dramatic flop at your feet. She's unfamiliar with the concept of personal space and expects unlimited kisses and mandatory belly rubs. We believe Sadey is a Lab/Golden Retriever mix, and at approximately 2 years old and 58 lbs, she's past the crazy puppy stage and ready for exploring and fun, as well as long naps on the couch.
Ideal Home
Sadey would thrive with a semi-active family in a home with a backyard where she can stretch her legs, play with potential canine siblings, and enjoy summer days. She thrives with structure and will do best with an adopter who has some experience and can provide her with the necessary structure. Bonus points if you have a pool or water nearby, as she loves to splash around!
Ongoing Health
Sadey has no specific health conditions mentioned.
Training & Support
Sadey will occasionally pull on walks out of excitement and may show off her voice when seeing friendly faces or other dogs. With consistent and structured walks and correction, she will learn to curb this behavior. She is described as polite and well-mannered once acquainted with other dogs.
