Velveeta

Velveeta is a petite cutie who embodies the "work hard, play hard, sleep hard" motto! She gets overexcited about most things and can't contain her joy, bouncing around the room looking for toys or snacks before happily heading out for a long walk and then settling in for a good nap. She's a ton of fun and is sure to bring plenty of happiness to her new family! Velveeta is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped.

Ideal Home

Velveeta would thrive in a home that understands her energetic spirit. She has done well with brief interactions with respectful children and is likely best suited for older kids (12+) due to her protectiveness over items. While she is dog-friendly, she can be protective of her toys, so some management will be needed.

Ongoing Health

Velveeta is spayed, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. She is reported to be fully healthy.

Training & Support

Velveeta is doing well with housebreaking when on a consistent routine. She has also done well when confined to a bedroom when home alone for a few hours. She can be excitable and pull on walks, so she would benefit from some work on leash manners. While she is generally dog-friendly, she can be protective of her toys, so management will be important. She has been living with a dog-savvy cat and has done well after a slow introduction period.
