Meet Cooper!

Cooper is a handsome Husky with all the athleticism and adventurous spirit the breed is known for, but what really makes him stand out is how connected he is to his people. He genuinely wants to be with you, loves to learn, and is eager to please.

When Cooper first arrived in foster care, he had no formal training. In just a short time, he's learned multiple basic commands, become an incredible walker on leash, and has shown just how smart and trainable he is. He pays attention, enjoys working with his person, and learns quickly. With continued guidance, he'll make an amazing companion.

Cooper loves long walks, hiking, exploring new places, and playing with other dogs. He's social, playful, and always ready for the next adventure. After he's had a chance to burn off some energy, he's equally happy relaxing at home with his family.

For a Husky, Cooper has a wonderfully balanced personality. He's not overly vocal, settles nicely in the house, and can comfortably spend time on his own without getting into trouble. He has a great “off switch,” making him an easy dog to live with.

But Cooper's best quality is something you have to experience. Every time he sees someone he loves, his entire face lights up. He breaks into the biggest smile, his eyes soften, and his whole body wiggles with excitement. It's impossible not to smile back.
