Holly (The long game)

Holly is a sweet and gentle soul who is a bit of a slow opener. She comes from a litter of shy puppies and needs a patient and understanding adopter who won't give up on her. Holly has never shown aggression and her shyness comes from a tender place, not a damaged one. She is good with other dogs and is quietly waiting for the right person to come along and earn her trust. This quiet girl will reward your patience and dedication with a lifetime of devotion.

Ideal Home

Holly needs an adopter with a lot of patience. She thrives with those who find satisfaction in small victories and understand that trust earned slowly is trust that lasts.

Ongoing Health

All of our dogs are spayed/neutered, microchipped, had a wellness exam from our veterinarian, have been treated for fleas/worms and are up to date on vaccinations.

Training & Support

Holly is a shy dog who needs time to warm up to new people. Consistent, gentle encouragement and positive reinforcement will be key to helping her build confidence.

• Approved applications will be contacted to schedule a 'meet and greet'.
• A second trip to the shelter will be required to pick up your new companion and complete the adoption process if Holly selects you.
