Rory Right on Time TV Watching Family Girl

Rory is a sweetheart who truly blossoms when she feels safe and loved. She's estimated to be 5 years old and weighs 57 lbs, possibly a husky/lab mix. Rory is a big fan of toys and enjoys playing fetch, though she may not always bring the toy back – it's her way of taking a little break! She's also a chair potato, her favorite spot being the armchair where she'll happily watch TV with you before drifting off into quiet snores. Rory is a clean girl and will let you know when she needs to go outside with a whine and a hopeful look.

Ideal Home

Rory would love a home with a yard and would thrive in a family with children. She is not in need of another dog companion. A home without cats is a must, as she has shown a strong instinct to chase them.

Ongoing Health

Rory is a healthy girl who is up-to-date on all her vetting.

Training & Support

Rory has basic leash skills and is quickly learning in new environments. She's a quick learner and takes correction well. She's a "rock star" when it comes to crate manners, settling down easily and quietly. Rory also knows basic commands like "sit" and "lay down."

We facilitate adoptions nationwide using our rescue run USDA certified transport system. Drop-off locations include WA, UT, OR, ID, VA, PA, OH, NY, CT, VT, TN, KY, WI, MN, IL, WI, and Canada (pick up in Bellingham, WA, Buffalo, NY or Brattleboro, VT for Canadian adopters). You can track your pet's journey in real time and receive photo updates. A surcharge of $87 applies due to rising transportation costs.
