Hi there, I'm Millie! I'm a 12-year-old, 50-pound brown and white pit bull mix with a heart full of love to give. I'm spayed, vaccinated, and heartworm negative, and I'm already house, crate, and leash trained – I even walk beautifully on the leash! Car rides are one of my favorite things. I'm a sweet, smart girl who is very motivated by tasty treats.

Ideal Home

I'm looking for a calm and confident person who can help me feel safe and secure. I do have some challenges with men and can be a fear snapper, so patience and trust are key. Because of my fears, I tend to guard my food from other dogs and treats from humans, and I may react if you approach me while I'm enjoying a bone. I am good with children who are older and can respect my boundaries, understanding that I am a scared dog. I am not friendly with cats. I would do best in a home without other dogs, but if you have another dog, they should be friendly and easygoing, and not bother me too much.

Training & Support

I am house, crate, and leash trained and walk well on a leash. I need a patient and understanding owner to help me build trust, especially with men, and to manage my fear snapping and resource guarding.
