Meet Dozer, a charming 9-week-old puppy with a sweet, independent spirit! Dozer enjoys playtime with his siblings but is also content to entertain himself, making him a wonderful companion for a moderately or less energetic household. He's curious and playful, and while he has plenty of puppy energy when romping, he also knows how to relax. Dozer has been raised around children and gets along well with them, though his laid-back nature might be especially appreciated by older children who enjoy a more relaxed style. He loves toys and would likely enjoy having another friendly dog in the home for company.
Ideal Home
Dozer would thrive in a home where someone is present for most of the day, as puppies his age require frequent interaction and cannot be crated for extended periods. If you work outside the home for more than 4 hours, please include details about who will be available to spend time with Dozer during your absence, as applications without this information will not be considered.
Ongoing Health
Puppies under 6 months are adopted on a spay/neuter contract, and adopters will be responsible for ensuring they are altered at the appropriate age. A $100 portion of the adoption donation will be refunded upon proof of future spay/neuter.
Training & Support
Dozer is still learning, as are all puppies his age. He is working on potty training and stays in a puppy pen when unsupervised. He will need a committed family to guide him through learning all the basic training as he grows.

- You will be connected for a video chat after completing the initial screening.
- Transports occur every few weeks, and approved dogs will be on the next available transport.
- Please apply when you are ready to accept a dog, as we are a volunteer-run rescue and dedicate our time to these animals.

- If another person is involved in the adoption decision, please ensure they are on board before applying.
Transportation
Dozer is currently located with our rescue partners. Once approved, he can be transported to you on our next available transport.
