Teeka

I'm Teeka, a delightful 2-year-old mix weighing in at 45 pounds. I might have some hound and Lab in me, but what's certain is my wonderful, easy-going personality. I was a favorite at a Texas shelter, and when I moved to a foster home, I blossomed into the perfect companion dog! I'm affectionate, housetrained, and a joy to live with, offering a great balance of playful energy and laid-back charm. I get along wonderfully with other dogs of all sizes, walk nicely on a leash, and absolutely love a game of fetch. Spending time with my people is my favorite thing, and I'm also great with kids and even babies. My rescuer in Texas said it best: "The thing everyone says about Teeka is that pictures just don't do her justice. She's one of those dogs you meet once and immediately steals your heart."
