Meet Reeses, as in Reese’s Pieces! This under 2-year-old scruffy Yorkie/Shih Tzu mix is a true survivor with a heart full of love to give once she feels safe. Reeses was sadly abandoned by her previous owner, left alone for days at a time and then completely left behind when her owner was evicted. Her past experiences have made her initially fearful and distrustful, but with patience and kindness, her true, affectionate personality shines through. Once she bonds with you, she's the ultimate snuggler, a true "Velcro dog" who will want to be by your side always. She's also a playful pup who loves to entertain herself with toys and has a blast with zoomies, showing off her happy energy!

Reeses is looking for a patient adult home that understands her past and is ready to shower her with love. A sense of humor is a must to appreciate her unique antics and adventurous spirit.
