Meet Lady! She's a 1.5-year-old Belgian Malinois mix, weighing around 60 pounds, and she's as dignified as her name suggests. Lady was surrendered by her family and is now looking for an experienced and active home where her intelligence, energy, and need for structure can truly shine. She's a smart, athletic girl with a high drive and a curious nature, perfect for someone who understands working breeds. Lady thrives when she has a job to do, whether that's exploring hiking trails, learning new skills, or joining you on all sorts of outdoor adventures.
Ideal Home
Lady needs a high-energy, active lifestyle that includes plenty of running, hiking, enrichment, and training. She's best suited for adopters who are familiar with working breeds and smart, driven dogs. If you have a fenced yard, it will need to be a high, secure privacy fence, and she'll require supervised yard time as she's capable of jumping fences. Lady needs mental stimulation just as much as physical exercise. We cannot adopt to homes with invisible fences due to increasing coyote activity and the difficulty of predicting a dog's response to invisible fence training.
Ongoing Health
All our animals are spayed/neutered and current on shots.
Training & Support
Lady is an enthusiastic toy destroyer, so durable toys are a must! She needs consistent guidance and positive reinforcement to help her thrive.
