Kelly is a stunning 12lb black and tan Chihuahua mix who was found living under a house in rural Texas alongside her mom and siblings. She's a happy, slightly shy girl who may take a minute to warm up, but once she does, her affectionate and playful personality shines bright. Kelly has lots of energy and would love a home that will give her time to zoom, play, and then soak up all the cuddles she can get. She's ready for a fresh start filled with love, security, and fun! Kelly was born in February 2025.
