About Muppet

Meet Muppet! If you've been dreaming of a loyal companion, an enthusiastic adventure buddy, and a full-time best friend, Muppet might be the one for you! This handsome fellow is about 1 year old and weighs around 60 pounds. He's a charming mix of black and brown, possibly with some Australian Kelpie or Doberman in his lineage, but what's certain is his abundance of personality, affection, and zest for life! Muppet wants to be a part of everything you do, showing endless curiosity whether you're tackling chores or relaxing. He's a goofy, affectionate pup at heart who loves to give kisses and thinks he's a lap dog, despite his size! He's still mastering his manners and can get excited, sometimes jumping for attention, so a family dedicated to continuing his training will help him shine. Muppet thrives on activity and would love a home that offers regular walks, hikes, playtime, and mental stimulation. He's a water enthusiast and might even enjoy dog sports once he learns to channel his energy.

Ideal Home

Muppet would love to have a playful canine friend, ideally one close to his size, as he enjoys the company of other dogs and takes corrections well. He also lives successfully with a cat and would do well with a dog-savvy feline. He needs a family committed to continuing his training and providing him with plenty of activity.

Ongoing Health

No specific health conditions or procedures were mentioned.

Training & Support

Muppet is mostly house-trained and continues to improve. He walks well on leash once he settles, has no food aggression, and willingly uses his crate. As a young dog, he can be mischievous if left unsupervised and may chew, so supervision and appropriate chew toys are recommended. He will benefit from a family committed to continuing his training, especially regarding jumping and using his paws for attention.
