Charlie is an energetic girl with a big heart! She's playful, fun-loving, and thrives with exercise and outdoor time. Charlie is learning recall and comes back when called on property. She's loyal and listens well once her energy is spent. She has a gorgeous coat with unique markings and is eager to learn, though she's still working on her training. Charlie was on the euthanasia list at her local shelter after being returned three times, as families weren't prepared for her high energy. Once she came to our rescue and was given the time she needed, she blossomed into the spirited girl she is today. Charlie can have her moments of chasing squirrels or sprinting after a ball, but with regular exercise and space to stretch her legs, she becomes calm, attentive, and responsive. She's one of the few dogs we trust to roam our property because she listens and comes back with some recall. Charlie barks more than some families might prefer and could use continued training, but she's also incredibly smart, affectionate, and ready to thrive with the right person. With consistency and love, Charlie is going to make someone very happy!
