Thankfully, he was saved with just minutes to spare and has been thriving ever since! Jeff doesn't let his healed fractures slow him down one bit. His resilience is inspiring, and his spirit is absolutely contagious. Now, this beautiful boy is ready to find a forever home where he can be loved and cherished.
