Cooper is a very friendly and playful young guy who loves people and his foster siblings. He is a medium-sized, short-haired mixed breed with brown/chocolate coloring, and he's eager to find a loving home to call his own.

Cooper would thrive in a home where he can get plenty of interaction and playtime. He has shown to be good with children under 8 and other dogs, but his interactions with children 8 and up are unknown.
